Our bread and butter - a new home on your lot, designed and built by one team. We run the whole build: the design team, the permits, the trades, the finishing, and the budget that holds it together.
Typical project: a full rebuild on a lot you own, or on one we help you find.
Whole-home renovations and additions, held to the same standard as a new build. Same trades, same schedule, same attention to the finish, and the same person on the phone from the first day to the last.

For clients who already have their architect and their plans in hand. We manage the build as your representative: the tender, the trades, the schedule, the site, and the money, with you at every decision.

We walk the lot or the house with you and read it honestly: what it will take, and what it will not allow.
We talk about money in the first meeting, so you know what is possible before anyone draws a line.
Your architect and designer, or ours. We are in the room from the first drawing, so the plans fit the budget.
Permits, trades, site. One schedule you can see, and a site you are welcome on any day of the build.
A walk-through, a deficiency list, the keys. We stay reachable once you have moved in.
Building a custom home is a massive undertaking with countless decisions along the way, and Adam was amazing to us from start to finish. He dealt with constant phone calls, endless text messages, a million questions and changes, and somehow always had the patience to work through everything with us ... Adam Silverberg is the President of The Silverado Group. He spent 15 years building alongside his father, Jeff, at Silverado Custom Homes, on the sites and in the meetings, before Jeff passed the company to him.
The Silverado Group is that company under a new name: still family-run, still a small number of homes a year, still built by people who will be there when you call. The S in the logo is an infinity symbol, a nod to a company handed from one generation to the next.
